글로벌 회사는 어떤사람을 찾나요?

취업의 시작은 Job description 분석 아니던가.

해외취업은 LINKED IN 이 시작이다. 그리고 링크드인은 잡서치가 조금 불편하다. 오픈서치 HR 전용은 아니라서.

그래서 링크드인을 쓰려면 Networking 을 잘 활용해야 한다.

 

외국계는 피플인 잡, 

 

그리고 언제든 최신 업데이트된 RESUME 와 CV가 준비되어 있어야한다.

(난 준비가 안되있어 오탈자 남발의 resume를 모 글로벌 스타트업에 보냈다... 그것도 날 좋게보던 회사에. 면접 제의가 안오고 있다.)

- 실제 제품을 기획하고 실제 인터렉션까지 구현해본적 있는지

- 포트폴리오에는 비쥬얼과 인터렉션스킬 뿐만 아니라 리서치능력과 데이터 기반 의사결정한 과정이 담겼는지

- 여러 사람들대화하고 스토리 텔링하적있는지

- 

 

- 다양한 플랫폼에서 전체 기능 수준의 애플리케이션 또는 소프트웨어를 구축하고 제공하는 경험 

- 광범위한 시각적 및 상호 작용 디자인 기술을 보여주는 작업 포트폴리오
